    Control and Supervisory Softwares

    We develop control softwares for various applications areas (industrial, water treatment, monitoring and control, data communication, etc.) with equipment from the main automation companies of the world.

    MAIN PROJECTS:

    a) Energy Efficiency and Hydraulics for Water Treatment (Laboratório de Eficiência Energética e Hidráulica no Saneamento) (LENHS):  project developed for IPH/UFRGS/Eletrobras, finished in December 2009 and opened in May 2010;

    b) Manufacturing Cells of GKN do Brasil: with S7-400 Siemens PLC and Profibus network communication, with several other components (HMI, I/O remotes and hydraulic and electric drives and instrumentation for force and displacement measurement);

     c) Water Treatment and Distribution System automation, for APS/Samae, in Caxias do Sul – RS, with instrumentation for level, pressure and other variables measurement and control. Supervisory control software and data GPRS communication;

    d) Automotive Product Test Machines for several customers.
